Test Operation method
①
Turn on the power and push the ON/OFF switch button of the remote controller to start the air
conditioner.
②
Select COOL, HEAT (not available on cool-only models), SWING and other operation modes
with the remote controller and see if the operation is ok.

7-1 Troubleshooting Guide

comes with a list of error codes and troubleshooting instructions

to help
the
maintenance personnel to detect the error position and the parts to be replaced during the
troubleshooting process. In this Guide, the Troubleshooting Method is guided by the Error Name,
and the Reference Code under the General Index is the error code of the internal unit of the
mainstream model supplied by the Company.
Example:
“internal coil sensor error” is coded as E3 in the error code of the internal unit, but
appears as flash-out via the trouble light of the external machine. However, their troubleshooting
method is the same, and use the same table as well.
General index: fix speed air conditioners only involve E1, E2, E3 and E4
