Operating the system
Only persons responsible for the safety of the building and its occupants (Level 2) can operate the
system after entering a code or inserting the key in the keyswitch.
These operators can access the functions described in this chapter.
28.1 Change Day/Night mode
FROM COMPUTER
Not available.
This option will allow operators to change the Day/Night operating mode manually.
FROM PANEL

Note:
For automatic control of the Day/Night mode function, ypu must set up a timer.
28.2 Bypassing a device
FROM COMPUTER
Not available.
Under certain circumstances (e.g. maintenance or fault conditions), it may be necessary to bypass a
zone or a point. Bypassed zones or points cannot generate fault or alarm signals and cannot be
activated.
FROM PANEL

Press ESC to confirm and step back to
the previous menu.
28.3 Bypassing a zone
FROM COMPUTER
Not available.
During maintenance or fault status, it may become necessary to bypass a zone. Bypassed zones
cannot generate faults, alarms or signals and cannot be activated.
