Programming from the console (Control panel and
SmartLetUSee/LCD Repeater frontplate)
The control panel console has 21 pre-set LEDs and 3 customizable LEDs. Installations that require
data replication, can be enhanced with up to 8 SmartLetUSee/LCD Repeaters per control panel.
Repeaters, like the control panel, have 21 pre-set LEDs and 3 programmable LEDs.
Note:
Each LED should be clearly labeled after programming.
15.1 Monitoring notification
FROM COMPUTER
Go to SmartLoop System, Control panel x, Frontplate console, System Programming
Go to SmartLoop System, Control panel x, RS485BUS, SmartLetUSee/LCD, System Programming
This option will allow the system to provide visual indications of Monitoring events (on the control
panel and repeater displays).
FROM PANEL
Not available.
15.2 How to program the Customizable LEDs
FROM COMPUTER
Go to SmartLoop System, Control panel x, Frontplate console, System Programming
This function will allow you to associate a LED with one or more signals selected from those activated
by a zone, device or group.
Note:
Not all devices are LED activation capable.
15.2.1 Procedure for each LED
1. Assign a description to the LED.
2. Select the required zone, device, or group.
3. Enable the signals that will activate the LED.
FROM PANEL
Not available.
Silent mode
If you select this option, Monitoring events will not be signalled on
the control panel and repeater displays. These events can be viewed
from the log only.
Display
If you select this option, Monitoring events will be signalled on the
control panel and repeater displays only.
D buzzer
If you select this option, Monitoring events will be signalled on the
control panel and repeater displays and by the buzzer.
