Programming LED expansion boards
(Frontplate console and SmartLetUSee/LED)
Some installations require additional LEDs, on the control panel and in remote locations on the
Repeater and SmartLetUSee/LCD consoles.
In such cases you can enhance:
• each control panel with a SmartLetUSee/LED expansion board (48 additional LEDs).
• each SmartLetUSee/LCD with a
SmartLetUSee/LED expansion board (48 additional LEDs).
Note:
Each LED should be clearly labeled after programming.
21.1 Programming the control panel expansion board LEDs
FROM COMPUTER
Go to SmartLoop System, Control panel x, Frontplate console, SmartLetUSee/LED, System
Programming
This option will allow you to activate a LED in response to one or more signals related to a zone,
device or group.
Note:
The statuses available, in the event of LED activation triggered by a specified device, vary in
accordance with the Activation Type assigned to the device concerned.
21.1.1 Procedure for each LED
1. Assign a description to the LED.
2. Select the required zone, device or group.
3. Enable the signals that will activate the LED.

Follow the programming method described under "Programming the control panel expansion board
LEDs" (refer to paragraph 21.1 Programming the control panel expansion board LEDs).
