Refund
Select
REFUND from
the transaction
menu.
Terminal will
connect to the host
via the available
network.
Enter the
supervisor
password and
press the green
key.
Refund is
accepted by the
acquirer.
Enter the sale
amount and
press green
key.
Terminal will print
the merchant
receipt.
Ask the customer
to sign the receipt.
Insert / Swipe /
Present card
screen is
displayed.
The acquirer
may also request
to check the
customer
signature.
Terminal will
check the card.
Terminal will print
the cardholder
receipt and return
to the Ready
screen
