5.1 Preparing for menu operations
If Simple Stack without an RS232 connection is used, press the
SOURCE
button
on the remote control or the control panel's
SOURC
E button to select the port
to which the cable is connected. To set-up MONITOR OUT DEFAULT, refer to
SETUP menu
in
User's Manual
.
If Smart Stack with the RS232 connection is used, all settings or modifications
related to Smart Stack menu operations must be performed on the Main projector.
The Main projector functions according to the Smart Stack input settings.
5.2 Checking the Main projector's operating status
For Smart Stack, all settings or modifications related to menu operations must be
performed on the Main projector. Before operating the Smart Stack menu, verify
that the Main projector is functioning.
1.
Press the remote control’s
MENU
button.
2.
If the MENU dialog as shown on the right appears on
the screen, both projectors are operating in DUAL mode
and the Main projector is operating.

If the dialog does not appear, LAMP MODE is set to ALTERNATE and one of
the projectors is operating (but not both).

Use the ▲/▼/◄/► buttons to go into the following menu.
