Configure CAN Output
For each measurement timepoint, one or several CAN messages are transmitted, with each
message containing up to four 16-bit measurement values.
3.7.1 Create/Delete CAN Message
Select
CAN-Setup
→ New Msg.
in the menu.
Select the
active
checkbox for this message to be transmitted in measuring mode. In the field
Data
, select the channels to be transmitted (max. 4 for a message of 8 bytes). Define the
desired data format (unchecked = INTEL / checked = MOTOROLA) and its sign mode in the
field
Sign
(unchecked = unsigned / checked = signed).
The
Bit-Offset
between two successive channels has to be 16 bits.
Select
Set
/
OK
to resume the configuration. To delete this CAN message, select
Delete
.
