commands will be ignored and an error E220 will be generated.
Examples
"DELAY 500" -action: Further commands and queries are not executed until about 0.5
seconds have elapsed from the time this command is executed.
"Tec:T 22;Delay 2000;Tec:T?" -actions: The TEC is set to 22.0
C, then the LDC-3700C
Series Laser Diode Controller waits for about 2.0 seconds before returning the measured
temperature.
Action
Enables bits in the standard event status enable register.
Response
The value must be between 0 and 255.
Bit Reference
Notes
Bit 5 of the status byte register is set if any enabled conditions are true.
Setting bit 0 allows you to generate service requests from overlapped commands as
previous oper-ations complete. This may be useful for ensuring that an operation is
complete before starting a measurement.
