RMA
To obtain warranty service from iGage Mapping Corporation the purchaser must obtain a return materials authorization
(RMA) number prior to shipping by calling

Purchaser’s return address and the RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. IMC reserves the
right to refuse to provide free-of-charge service if the date of sale cannot be determined or if the serial number is altered
or removed. IMC will not be responsible for any losses or damage to the product incurred while the product is in transit
or is being shipped for repair. Insurance is recommended. IMC suggests using a traceable shipping method such as UPS,
FedEx or USPS with signature tracking when returning a product for service.
Do NOT send batteries with equipment for repair. If you do, they will not be returned as we are unable to ship used
batteries.
The Purchaser shall always pay shipping to IMC, IMC will return warranty repairs by UPS ground, unless the Purchaser
agrees to prepay expedited service costs. IMC will not pay for warranty returns to destination outside of the contiguous
48-states. The purchaser shall always pay any associated duty associated with warranty repairs.
