Wrong FAT checksum 

The checksum of the FAT contains an invalid 
value. 

Possible cause: 
Unacceptable interference on the 24 V power 
supply during the storage operation of the data in 
the flash device. 

  Ground the device via the rail. 

  Connect the FE terminal to the machine 

ground. 

  Use a switched-mode power supply to 

supply the device with power. 

 Repeat 

command. 

F02 

Wrong FAT header 

The identifier in the header of the FAT contains an 
invalid entry. 

Possible cause: 
Unacceptable interference on the 24 V power 
supply during the storage operation of the data in 
the flash device. 

 F01 

F03 

Wrong FAT ID 

The field ID of an FAT area contains an invalid 
value. 

Possible cause: 
Unacceptable interference on the 24 V power 
supply during the storage operation of the data in 
the flash device.

F04 

Unused FAT found 

The FAT contains no entry.  

Possible cause: 
The user completely deleted the flash device. 

  Replace the device and project again. 

F05 

Wrong NV field checksum 

The checksum of the non-volatile data within the 
FAT contains an invalid value. 

Possible cause: 
Unacceptable interference on the 24 V power 
supply during the storage operation of the data in 
the flash device.

Wrong NV field ID 

The field ID of the non-volatile data contains an 
invalid value. 

Possible cause: 
Unacceptable interference on the 24 V power
