Chapter 5:
Reports

You can view many different reports for the transactions that take place on your Auto Sentry® 

flex

. 

This chapter includes an overview of the most essential reports: Shift Detail, Journals, and 
Terminal Balance. See WashConnect Web Help if you would like more information on the other 
management reports that are available.

Shift Detail Report

The Shift Detail Report is a cash management tool that accounting views at the end of the day. 
The report was designed to account for all the money taken in during the day as well as money 
added to cash drawers and any Auto Sentry on site to prevent theft. The report summarizes all 
register transactions and lists all services sold for the selected shift. The idea is to improve your 
efficiency, so you can resolve a day and post to your accounting software in less time.
