HOT CALIBRATION
To calibrate the machine, it is necessary to set a Set HOT of 120 (see user programming).
Fill the cylinder with the mix and select PRODUCTION.
Check with a current probe the absorption of the corresponding beater motor.
On the page regarding the HOT display a number will be shown that will be increasing.
When the cylinder reaches the texture (HOT =120) the current read by the probe must be
equal to the value of the beater motor. If it is higher, set a higher "TRIMMER HOT", if it is lower,
set a lower "TRIMMER HOT", (programming on step Trimmer HOT).
Repeat the process until this value of the motor corresponds to HOT = 120.
Valid for both sides.
ATTENTION: DO NOT EXCEED THE NOMINAL ABSORPTION OF THE MOTOR PLATE.
