PRODUCTION
Cylinder
Access to the PRODUCTION is only permitted with the level covered.
In PRODUCTION mode the following outputs are activated MA, MP, EVAria, MV e MC.
For the beater motor, if the current absorption
HOT < Set Hot (U16)
–
Isteresi Hot (T03),
the cylinder cooling is activated (EVFC switches ON) until HOT value, set in User Menu, is
reached (U16 user).
MP/EVAria will keep active until Set. Current. PP (T29) is reached (See Chap. Pump Pipe
Calibration), or the maximum time permitted, MP ON Time Prd. (T42), if the Set is not reached
within this time.
When the consistency set is reached, EVFC switches OFF and EVRC switches ON for a time
programmed Hot Gas (T05).
When the consistency set is reached MA keeps ON for a time programmed Delay beater
(T07).
In this moment, the cabinet will be cooled if necessary (TEV ³ Storage Temp. (T23). MC and
MV keep ON and MVcab and EVFV will switch ON.
Once the HOT is reached, if no cone is taken, the beater is activated every 10 minutes
(Cyclic Timer) for 5
’’
, to control the ice cream consistency: if HOT < Set HOT (U16)
–
Isteresi Hot
(T03) also the compressor and electro valve are activated (EVFC) to bring the consistency to
the HOT set value.
If the consistency is reached and the machine is on hold in PRODUCTION function, if a cone is
taken (MIR activated), MP and MA switches ON 5
’’
to control the consistency.
During PRODUCTION, when the level sensor in the hopper is uncovered, it is only available the
dispensing of a limited number of cones Last Cones. It is shown in the display Mix Out, in the
first row and in the second one it is shown the number of cones remaining. In example:
