Programming Table (FOR TECHNICIANS)
The technician can change some machine parameters. To access the Technical
Programming, press STOP and STORAGE at the same time and keep pressed for 10". On this
point, the display shows:
The display will show the first step of the Technical Programming. The first line refers to the
description and the second line to the step number (T=Technician) and to the value. Press the
INCREASE or DECREASE keys to change the value. STOP to access the following step. See
programming table. To exit the programming do not p ress any key for 30’’ or keep pressed
PRODUCTION or CLEANING.

Hysteresis Hot
A minimum value turns the HOT more sensitive during the extraction.
When the machine is in PRODUCTION and MIR excited, after a decoupling
of the compressor by HOT, the compressor reactivates when the consistency
indication appearing on the display is lower than the HOT less the value set
for this step.
T05 Hot gas
HOT gas electro-valve excitation time (EVRC). Whenever EVFC
deactivates, the EVRC activates for the set time in this step. Programmable
in tenths of second.
T07 Beater delay
The time in which the beater continues to operate after having reached
Hot, in PRODUCTION or the temperature, in STORAGE.
T09 Block Hot
In PRODUCTION, in cooling of cylinder, if the pre-set time in step Timeout
prd. (T16) expires without having reached the set HOT:
- If HOT > Block Hot the TimeOut Production alarm is displayed.

If HOT < Block Hot, the TimeOut Production alarm is displayed and
the machines passes on to STOP.
