Wash Days
In PRODUCTION, the first screen of the display shows the days before the next wash:
The second line refers to the days before the next wash. In the example above, there are 14
days missing.
The day in which the machine must be washed, if the ice-cream PRODUCTION function has
already been adjusted and the product is supplied, it all works as if the machine is in
PRODUCTION; therefore, the MP, MA and MC are activated until the product has the desired
texture again.
The display will be:
The ice-cream PRODUCTION function activates and the machine does not accept the
function is moving to other functions such as STOP, STORAGE or CLEANING.
The display will be:
For the number of days to return to the value programmed (Wash Days) the machine must
then be washed or the spigot must be removed and re-positioned again (or disconnect and
connect the IMS again).
NOTE: The Wash day goes down from 23.53 hours to 23.56 hours
