4. To connect the electrical cable to the Humidifying Column, plug the cable into the connector on
the column’s base. Please make sure that the red dot on the cable and connector line up. Gently
push to connect the plug.
5. To connect the mixed and humidified gas output to the Incubation Chamber push the open
tubing into the push-in fitting of the Heated Lid of the Incubation Chamber.

CAUTION
– Do not disconnect the Heated Tubing while the Gas Mixer is running. The
resulting sudden change of pressure may lead to damage to the Gas Mixer.
Be careful not to switch the red and blue inputs on the Humidifying Column, as this can also
damage the gas mixer.
