Check if there is leakage from fuel tank,
fuel pump, hoses and electric fuel injection
system.
Wipe them up with a patch when washing.
GASOLINE
Check if there is leakage from the radiator,
coolant hose.
ENGINE COOLANT
Check if there is damage from the radiator.
RADIATOR
Check to see the radiator hoses for crack,
damage or engine coolant leakage.
If any defects are found, replace the radia-
tor hoses with new ones.
Replace the radiator hoses every 4 years.
RADIATOR HOSE
RUBBER CAP OF CABLES
Inspect the exhaust pipe and muffler joint
for loosening.
EXHAUST PIPE AND MUFFLER
Check if the mirror shows the rear and/or
side views.
REAR-VIEW MIRROR
Check if the reflector is dusty or damaged.
REFLECTOR
Periodically check for the following :

Keep the front brake lever pulled in and
push down on the handlebars repeated-
ly to compress the front fork.
● The fork should compress in a smooth
movement and must show no traces of
oil on the legs.
●
Ensure that all components are properly
tightened and check the front and rear
suspension articulated joints for correct
operation.
● Inspect whether the steering stem is well
assembled while moving front fork
up/downwards and/or foreward/
backward.
In the event of malfunction or if the sus-
pension needs expert servicing, contact
an authorised Hyosung dealer.
