Togliere il coperchio carter destro e la candela.
Smontaggio corpo pompa acqua
Togliere le cinque viti (1) che fissano il corpo pompa (2), le bussole (6) e
rimuovere il corpo pompa unitamente alla guarnizione (3).
Togliere il dado (4) che fissa la girante (5). Togliere la girante.
Sfilare dal foro di mandata acqua il distanziale (7) con i tre anelli OR (8). Se
l’operazione manuale risultasse difficoltosa, estrarre il distanziale agendo sulla
scanalatura interna.
Remove right case cover and spark plug.
Disassembly of water pump housing
Remove the five screws (1) retaining the pump housing (2), the bushes (6) and
lift it away with the gasket (3).
Remove the nut (4) from the pump impeller (5). Lift away the impeller.
Remove the spacer (7) with the “O” rings (8) from the water pump delivery
hole. If necessary, use an iron wire piece with a bent end to remove the
spacer. Remove spacer (7) and the three O.R. (8) from the water delivery hole.
If difficulties arise when removing the spacer, work on the inside slot.
Démonter le couvercle du carter droit et la bougie.
Démontage corps pompe à eau
Oter les 5 vis (1) fixant le corps pompe (2) et les douilles (6), et ôter le corps
pompe avec le joint (3).
Oter l’écrou (4) fixant le rotor (5). Démonter la couronne.
Par le trou de débit d’eau, ôtez l’entretoise (7) avec les trois bagues
d’àtanchéité (8). Appuyez sur la rainure située à l’intérieur si l’opération
résulterait difficile.

Abmontierung des Wasserpumpengehäuses
Die fünf Schrauben (1) herausnehmen, welche den Pumpenkörper (2) und die
Buchsen (6) befestigen, und den Pumpenkörper mit der Dichtung (3) entfernen.
Die Mutter (4) herausnehmen, die das Laufrad (5) befestigt. Das Laufrad
entfernen.
Das Distanzstück (7) mit den drei O-Ringen (8) vom Wasserförderloch trennen.
Wenn diese Arbeit per Hand schwierig durchzuführen ist, das Distanzstück
herausnehmen, indem man auf die innere Rippe einwirkt.
Saque la tapa del cárter derecho y la bujía.
Desmontaje cuerpo bomba agua
Saque los cinco tornillos (1) que fijan el cuerpo de la bomba (2), los manguitos
(6) y remueva el cuerpo de la bomba juntamente con la guarnición (3).
Saque la tuerca (4) que fija el rotor (5). Quite el rotor.
Saque del orificio de suministro del agua, el separador (7) con los tres anillos
OR (8). Si la operación manual resultara dificultosa, extraiga el separador
actuando en la ranura interior.
