REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Replace Bearings
1� Remove the two screws on the
outer ring�
2� Turn the arm over and remove the
six screws and the ring�
3� Remove the shaft seal with the
o-ring, the radial seal and the
o-ring from the pivoting arm�
4� Prop up the arm to get clearance
for the shaft and bearing�
Use a heat gun and apply heat to
bearing and shaft�
5� Apply a spacer and the special
tool: 575 46 60-01 on top of the
shaft�
6� Attach special tool with its six
screws and tighten the center
screw�
7� Continue tightening the center
screw until the shaft and bearings
is pressed out�
8� Unscrew the six screws holding
the ring�
9� Press or tap the ring out�
10� Remove the o-ring from the ring�
