REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

11� Grease and insert the new seal�
12� Grease and insert the other new

seal�

13� Insert 2 new O-rings with grease

to the new water block� Use hand

force to fit the new water block to

the hub�

14� Grease and replace the O-ring

before fit the water connection

hose�

15� Connect the water connection

hose with the 2 Allen screws�

Use a workshop press to fit the
hub to the inner flange. Use a

collar to pressurize the inner ring
of the bearing� Suggested the old
bearing�

17� Replace the O-ring on the hub�

Grease the new O-ring when
assemble�

18� Assemble the stop washer with

6 new Allen screws� Tighten the
bolts crosswise to make sure that

the inner flange is completely

inserted in the bottom�

Turn the blade flange over and

Install the new washer with 4 new
screws�

Assemble the outer flange with a

new spindle hub�
