Assemble the Saw Head
Electronics
1� Mount the circuit board�
2� Tighten the 2 screw holding the
circuit board�
3� Make sure that the cable seal is all
the way down� If it isn´t tighten
enough it will work like a jack and
lift the cable interface box when
assembling�
4� Make sure that the cable seal nut is
tighten�
5� Fit a new O-ring to the motor
cables�
6� Straiten all the wires to easier keep
traction of them when assembling�
7� Apply soap water to the silicone
seals to easier tread the seals
through the holes later on�
8� Pass the wires from the circuit
board and then both feed motors
through their holes� Pass all the
wires from the blade motor and
the ground wire through the first
hole and let them be left straight
up� Gently pull little by little on
all the wires and pay attention to
the silicone seals so they end up
tightly to the connector interface
box�
When the cover is completely on,
check that all silicone seals are on
the same height inside the box�
9� Tighten the four screws holding
the cable interface box to the feed
motor cover�
10� Loosen the cable seal nut until it
seals up against the cable interface
box with the O-ring�
