HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES S.R.L. warrants that this exhaust system, at the time of sale, meets all applicable U.S.
EPA Federal noise standards. This warranty extends to the first person who buys this exhaust system for purposes other
than resale, and to all subsequent buyers.
Tampering warning
Tampering with Noise Control System Prohibited.
Federal law prohibits the following acts or causing thereof:
(1) The removal or rendering inoperative by any person other than for purposes of maintenance, repair, or replace-
ment, of any device or element of design incorporated into any new vehicle for the purpose of noise control prior
to its sale or delivery to the ultimate purchaser or while it is in use, and
(2) the use of the vehicle after such device or element of design has been removed or rendered inoperative by any
person.
Among those acts presumed to constitute tampering are the acts listed below.
1) Removal of, or puncturing the muffler, baffles, header pipes or any other component which conducts exhaust ga-
ses.
2) Removal or puncturing of any part of the intake system.
3) Lack of proper maintenance.
4) Replacing any moving part of the vehicle, or parts of the exhaust or intake system, with parts other than those
specified by the manufacturer.
Warning statement
This product should be checked for repair or replacement if the motorcycle noise has increased significantly through use.
Otherwise, the owner may become subject to penalties under state and local ordinances.

Garantie d’émission de bruit
HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES S.R.L. garantit qu’au moment de la livraison, ce système d’échappement, est conforme à
toutes les lois fédérales EPA applicables aux États-Unis d’Amérique. Le premier acheteur dudit système d’échappement qui
l’acquiert dans un but autre que de le revendre est couvert par la présente garantie qui s’étend à tous les acheteurs suivants.
Avertissement contre toute violation
Toute violation du système anti-bruit est interdite.
La loi fédérale déclare les actions suivantes comme interdites :
(1)
La dépose, de la part de n’importe quelle personne, de tout élément de projet incorporé dans tout véhicule nouveau afin
de contrôler les émissions sonores (anti-bruit) ou le fait de le rendre inopérant pour des fins divers de l’entretien, la répa
-
ration, ou le remplacement, avant la vente ou la livraison à l’acheteur final ou pendant son utilisation, et
(2)
l’utilisation du véhicule après que cet élément de projet a été déposé ou rendu inopérant par n’importe quelle personne.
Voici la liste des actions qui constituent violation probable.
1)
Dépose ou perçage du pot d’échappement, des plaques antibruit, des collecteurs ou de tout autre composant contenant
les gaz d’échappement.
2)
Dépose ou perçage de n’importe quelle pièce du système d’admission.
3)
Manque d’entretien approprié.
4)
Remplacement de toute pièce mobile du véhicule, ou composant du système d’échappement ou celui d’admission, par
des pièces différentes qui ne sont pas celles spécifiées par le fabricant.
Avertissement
Vérifier si le produit nécessite une réparation ou le remplacement si les émissions acoustiques (bruit) de la moto ont aug

menté de façon importante pendant l’utilisation.
Dans le cas contraire, le propriétaire pourrait être sujet à des sanctions selon la loi de l’état ou les arrêtés locaux.
