

SMTP Server

can be set to the domain name or IP address of the SMTP server.

If it is set to the domain name of the SMTP server, ensure that the address of the DNS server is set
correctly.



Encryption mode

: Set the encryption mode supported by mailboxes. Encryption is supported by

most of the mainstream mailboxes such as Outlook, @qq.com, @126.com, @163.com, and
@sina.com.



SMTP Port

specifies the port used for sending emails.



User name

and

Password

specify the user name and password used for logging in to the SMTP

server.



Send address

specifies the sender's email address. Ensure that the sender's email server is the same

as the server specified by

SMTP server



You can click

Send test mail

to check whether the SmartLogger can successfully send emails to

users.
