About This Chapter

This topic describes the basic operations on the web client.

4.1 Login and Logout

You can log in to the web client using Internet Explorer and log out any time you want.

4.2 Web Page Overview

The web client provides a variety of functions including video browsing, PTZ control, preset
positions, system settings, and log query.

4.3 Live Video Browsing

You can view real-time videos in the video pane on a client.

4.4 PTZ Control

When previewing a video, you can control the PTZ in the PTZ control panel.

4.1 Login and Logout

You can log in to the web client using Internet Explorer and log out any time you want.
