object is identified via its
central part.
Bottom
: indicates that an
object is identified via its
bottom part.
Top
: indicates that an
object is identified via its
top part.
Loitering duration
Time period during which
an object is allowed to loiter
in a sensitive area. If the
object loiters in the sensitive
area for a time period longer
than the specified duration,
the system generates an
alarm.
[Value range]
An integer ranging from 0 to
30
[Default value]
0
[Unit]
s
Alarm check interval
Time interval at which the
system checks for new
alarms. The system then
reports detected alarms to
the surveillance platform.
NOTE
To prevent a flood of alarms,
the system reports only one
alarm even if it detects
multiple alarms within the
specified interval.
[Value range]
An integer ranging from 1 to
256
[Default value]
3

and draw points on the live video image to form a sensitive area.
To delete a sensitive area, select the sensitive area ID from the sensitive area list (only the selected
sensitive area is displayed in white on the live video image), click

.
A sensitive area can be a polygon of three vertices or more.
A sensitive area can have a maximum of 10 vertices.
A single behavior analysis function supports up to four sensitive areas. If all functions are enabled, a
maximum of 10 sensitive areas can be analyzed at a time.
You can perform operations on only one sensitive area at a time.
A maximum of 15 and 30 objects can be analyzed in close-up object and distant object modes
respectively.
When the resolution is set to 352 x 288, the system can analyze objects with a minimum size of 10 x
10, and a maximum size of 100 x 100 and 100 x 200 in distant object and close-up object modes
respectively. The values indicate limitations on the object area instead of the object's length or
height.
