Installing External Pipes for Smart
Cooling Products
This section describes only how to install water refill pipes on water refill and drainage ports
of the FusionModule1000. Other water refill pipes are routed and installed depending on
onsite situations under the guidance of onsite supervisors.
Prerequisites
Drainpipes and auxiliary refill devices that meet requirements have been prepared.
The positions for installing water refill pipes and drainpipes have been specified.
Context
Refill water to humidifiers in real time when the cooling system is operating to ensure normal
system operation.
When the system is operating, ensure that the automatic water refill valve has the water
source available with the water pressure of 0.1 MPa to 0.7 MPa.
Preparations
Tools: hacksaw, protective gloves, hot melt device
Materials: DN32 PP-R pipe (with an outer diameter of 25 mm, to be purchased onsite), bend,
straight connector, 10 mm thick thermal insulation foam
Skill requirement: skilled technician
Procedure
Step 1
Open the rear door of the pre-fab. module.
Step 2
Open the compartment door of the smart cooling product on the right.
