Positioning/changing the
levellers

Fastening the levellers
1 Fastening screw 2 Clamping plate

5 Clamping screws on the bar
Remove/install and position the leveller
1. Remove the mounting screw on the clamping plate.
2. Remove the leveller.
3. Insert the new leveller into the clamping plate and screw down slightly at first.
4. Position and align the leveller. Observe the spacing!
Now tighten the screws.
Moving the leveller
5. Loosen the clamping screws on the bar.
6. Move the rod to adjust the position of the outer leveller.
7. Tighten the clamping screws.
Intermediate springs Intermediate springs are used in connection with levellers, however, they are moun-
ted to a separate bar.
They are used to level the soil and distribute any harvest residues.
The intermediate springs can be adjusted independently from the levellers.
The angle of attack affects the intensity of tillage.
