2. Identification of your equipment
2.1. Serial number
Each HERMetic instrument is
individually
identified
with a 6 digits serial number starting
with the letter G, example G10058. This serial
number is printed on the identification plate that is
located on top of the handle. See Figure 2-1.

2.2. Abbreviations
Some abbreviations are used to define the equipment. Refer to following table and to Figure 2-2.
