An unintentional activation of the switch 8 can be ignored by resetting it to OFF (while LED 1
flashes). After the reset, the device does not switch to service mode.
A reset must be carried out for any changes in the switch settings to be effective. The controller
must then be parameterized. (See operating manual for MultiAccess for Windows or IQ
MultiAccess).

This switch block selects the firmware version. The factory setting ensures that the current version is always
automatically loaded. (This function becomes valid only after a firmware update and is described in this
context. It is not relevant to version 1).
