Trying to lift or tow your vehicle by
the bumpers will cause serious
damage. The bumpers are not
designed to support the vehicle’s
weight.
If you slip the clutch for a long time
while trying to get unstuck, you may
overheat and damage the
transmission. Use a tow service to
prevent transmission damage.
To avoid damage to your vehicle, use
the front towing hook for straight,
flat ground towing only. Do not tow
at an angle. This hook should not be
used for open-road towing.
Screw the front towing hook into
the bolt hole behind the bumper
through the opening and tighten
the hook securely by the wheel
nut wrench.
