6.2.14a (N1)Ink Heating Unit Temperature Sensor Fault
- On detecting this fault, the IJ printer automatically sets the “Ink temperature
correction” to (disable).
“System environment setup: Ink temperature correction (enable)

(disable)”
After getting rid of the fault, reset the Ink temperature correction to (enable).
“System environment setup: Ink temperature correction (disable)

(enable)”
- In the condition of the “Ink temperature correction (disable), ” the “Ink Temperature
Correction Notice” message appears each time the power is turned on.
(See “1.6 Heating of Ink” in the Instruction manual”.)
Caution
!
(*1): When you replace Heating unit, refer to “5.6 Heating unit
replacement”.
(*2): When you replace EZJ125 board, refer to [Replacement
procedures of EZJ125 board] in “3.3.5 EZJ125 board
(Nozzle1 drive board)”.
(*3): When you replace EZJ133 board, refer to [Replacement
procedures of EZJ133 board] in “3.3.1 EZJ133 board
(MPU board)”.
[Caution]
Be sure to check that there is no wrong connection of harnesses
by referring to
[Connector numbers and Identifying method of
harnesses] in “3.3.20 Electrical Connection Diagram”.

Disconnect the EZJ125 board
CN7 connector and reconnect it.
Replace the heating unit. *1
Replace the EZJ125 board. *2
Resume the
operation.
