Troubleshooting

Check hydraulic
connections and lines.
Check hydraulic cylinder is
working
Not moving into Position 1
(Dual Tractor Tires)
Move hitch parts for Position
1 (See Section 3 - "Setting
the Hitch for Position 1" )
Not moving into Position 2
(Single Tractor Tires)
Move hitch parts for Position
2 (See Section 3 - "Setting
the Hitch for Position 2")
Parking Brake
Release the parking brake
Hitch not moving into
transport position
Hydraulic cylinder
Check hydraulic
connections and lines.
Check hydraulic cylinder is
working
Hitch does not stay in
transport position when
moving the rockpicker
Transport lock not engaged
Ensure transport lock is
engaged into position into
the hitch
Rock Reel
Symptom
Problem
Solution
Reel not turning
Reel Lockout
Remove the reel lockout
from the shaft of the reel
Hydraulic motor
Check hydraulic
connections and lines
Reel Cage Lifted
When the cage is lifted it
closes a valve to prevent oil
getting to the reel motor.
Close the cage
