Section 5 - Maintaining the Rockpicker
3. Raise the bucket so the locks will fit onto
the cylinder rods.
4. Install one lock (2) on each cylinder rod.

Secure the lock in place with the
retaining pin.
Removing the Bucket Lift Locks:
Both locks must be removed before
hydraulic pressure is applied to lower the
bucket. Failure to remove both locks may
result in damage to the rockpicker.
1. Raise the bucket to remove the pressure
on the locks.
2. Remove the retaining pin and locks.
3. Store the bucket lift locks (1) on each side
of the machine near the wheels. Secure
with the retaining pins.
