Display Cause Correction
“E-48” Input system
error. Turn switch to off, then back to on; have control PC board
replaced if “E-48” persists.
“E-54C” Temperature in-
put error. Turn switch to off, then back to on; have control PC board
replaced if “E-54C” persists.
“E-60” AIF PC board not
communicating
with control PC
board. Turn switch to off, then back to on; if “E-60” persists, en-
sure latest software version is installed, have the 1.5 amp
fuse on the power supply checked; check transformer
voltage to AIF board, have the connector between the PC
boards checked; replace control PC board if necessary.
“E-62A” Communication
error.
• Loose connection. Refer to Service Manual.
• Replace control board.
• Remove sensor.
• Turn off OQM in Level 1 programming.
“E-70-C” Drain valve jump-
er wire missing or
disconnected. Have the jumper wire checked on the PC board at drain
switch interlock position.
“E-81” E stop button ac-
tivated (for CE or
European units) Check jumper harness on AIF, P8 connector J9 or J10.
“E-82A” Selector Valve
not detected. Have wiring checked between Selector Valve and AIF
board.
“E-82-D” Selector Valve
Failed. Turn switch to off, then back to on; if E-82–D persists, en-
sure latest software verison is installed, check wiring be-
tween the “Home” & “Position” switches and the Selector
Valve; check wiring between Selector Valve Motor
checked and AIF board
“E-83”
“PRES-
SURE TOO
HIGH” Pressure trans-
ducer senses too
high pressure in
AIF system. Check AIF system or the RTI quick-disconnect; see de-
tails below.
“E-83A” Pressure too high
Vat #1 during
filtering. Have AIF system in Vat #1 checked.
“E-83B” Pressure too high
Vat #2 during
filtering. Have AIF system in Vat #2 checked.
“E-83C” Pressure too high
Vat #3 during
filtering. Have AIF system in Vat #3 checked.
