Mount and remove evaporating ask
Mount evaporating ask
Insert evaporating ask with Easy-Clip
open over the vapor tube.
Tilt Easy-Clip over ange of
evaporating ask.
Easy-Clip is clicked into place.
Evaporating ask is safely assembled.
Easy-Clip open
Easy-Clip closed
Remove evaporating ask
Removing
the evaporating ask:
Heating must be switched o .
Rotation must be at „0“.
Vacuum pump must be switched o .
Lift with the evaporating ask must be in top position
(see chapter “Start-Up, Heating bath and lift”).
Device must be switched o .
Danger:
Risk of scalding!
If the evaporating ask has not cooled down it may cause severe
scalding.
Ensure that the evaporating ask has cooled down prior to
exchanging it.
The evaporating ask should not show a temperature above
50 °C or 122 °F.
Wear protective clothing.
Wear appropriate gloves to ensure a safe grip.

With 1-2 turns counter clockwise unscrew coupling of the ask clamp Easy-Clip.
Hold evaporating ask with one hand and open the Easy-Clip.
Remove evaporating ask carefully.
