WARNING: Disconnect primary power prior to servicing.
Section 2 Installation / Initial Turn-On
ATLAS Analogue
Verify correct pump rotation:
Turn OFF pump isolator switch and
observe the pump rotation window
(see picture) as pump spins down.
•
If rotation is opposite of window
arrow, Turn off primary AC power
to Cooling Control Panel and swap
any two AC phases (of the corre-
sponding pump) inside the Pump
Module panel. Restore AC power,
and turn the pump isolator ON then
OFF to verify pump rotation.
Select Pump B on Cooling Control
Panel (LED should illuminate). Repeat pump priming, turn ON, and rotation checks
for Pump B.
Turn ON the AC mains (Isolator) switches at the Heat Exchanger.
Verify correct Heat Exchanger fan rotation - LARGE Cooling Control Panel: Press
the "Exchanger Fan Test" ON button to start all fans in heat exchanger. Press OFF to
observe the fan rotation as fans spins down.
OR
Verify correct Heat Exchanger fan rotation - EARLY Version of Panel: Inside the
Cooling Control panel, momentarily press the contactor (see picture below) for Heat
Exchanger Fan A to start it. Upon release, observe the fan rotation as fan spins down.
Compare to arrows on fan cover.

If rotation is opposite of arrow, Turn off primary AC power to Cooling Control
Panel and swap any two AC phases inside the Heat Exchanger panel. Restore AC
power, and turn ON then OFF the heat exchanger isolator to verify pump rotation.
