Manual Agitation Valve (Green symbols)
With the manually adjustable agitation valve it is possible to combine spraying with a high volume rate at high pressure with
agitation at the same time.
This is controlled continuously by the valve: The valve is marked with an
arrow on the disc which indicates the amount of liquid that passes
through the valve.
Choose your own valve setting, depending on the tank contents:
•
The handle is turned to a position near the tip of the arrow:
Only a small amount of liquid is allowed to pass the valve resulting in a lesser extent of agitation. This is recommended
when using chemicals with a low density to prevent foaming in the tank.
•
The handle is turned to a position in the wide end of the arrow:
A large amount of liquid will pass the valve resulting in a large extent of agitation. This is recommended when using
chemicals with a high density, which will tend to settle at the bottom of the tank.
Agitation Valve for i-version (White symbols)
With the electrically adjustable agitation valve it is possible to combine spraying with a high volume rate at high pressure
with agitation at the same time.
This valve is solely controlled by the controller or by selecting the following predefined settings at the FluidBox.
Adjustable agitation
Maximum agitation level. A large amount of liquid will pass the valve resulting in a large extent of agitation.
This is recommended when using chemicals with a high density, which will tend to settle at the bottom of
the tank.
Medium agitation level. Use this for chemicals that needs agitation to avoid sedimentation, but will create
foam when at full agitation level.
No agitation. This is recommended when using chemicals with a low density to prevent foaming in the tank.
This selection is also useful when e.g. filling from the External Filling Device, as it increases suction from the
pump.
