Unroll the hose from the reel.

Turn the valve for and clean the sprayer with the spray gun.

After cleaning, close the valve again.
12.
Roll the hose on the reel again.

NOTE! If the safety valve is activated while using the spray gun,
then lower the PTO speed to minimize the amount of rinsing
water being returned into the MainTank.

ATTENTION! If the sprayer is cleaned with a high pressure washer,
lubrication of the entire machine is recommended afterwards.
Outside Cleaning - Use of External Cleaning Device (i-version) (optional)
Use the External Cleaning Device to clean the sprayer on the outside in the field as required.

ATTENTION! Before attempting an external rinsing, make sure the MainTank is empty and rinsed! Any liquid left in the
MainTank will be mixed with the clean water used for external rinsing!

NOTE! Approximately 100 litres of clean water in the RinseTank will allow approximately 15 minutes of rinsing (the
spray gun uses 6 litres per minute at 10 bar pressure).

WARNING! Never clean the sprayer if there are risks of contamination of surface or ground water! Choose a different
spot for cleaning every time to avoid spot contamination building up.

NOTE! Your sprayer might differ from the picture.
1.
Check that the main ON/OFF for spraying is OFF.
2.
Press to turn the suction SmartValve towards “RinseTank”.
3.
Press to turn the pressure SmartValve for “MainTank”.
4.
Press to close the agitation valve.
5.
Engage pump speed to approximately 300 RPM or 560 RPM (for
1000 RPM pump models).
