Turn this small adjusting screw
clockwise to raise and counter-
clockwise to lower the rear section of
the feed dogs.
Do not loosen the
hexagon nut.
Once the adjustment is
made, tighten the locking screw
loosened in step 4.

To adjust the front section of the feed
dogs, locate and loosen the Phillips
locking washer screw set deep within
the access hole
*This is a counter-
threaded screw, i.e. turn it clockwise
to loosen it *
(located just right of the
shiny Phillips screw from the previous
adjustment).
7.
To make an adjustment, locate the
small, empty-threaded access hole on
the feed dog height plate.
8.
Temporarily borrow a 4mm hex set
screw with a 2mm tool from the lower
shaft collar as shown.
Note this collar
has two screws so borrowing one
will not throw
off

This is a counter-threaded set screw.
Turn it clockwise to loosen and
counter clockwise to tighten – the
opposite of normal!
