Radio Data System (RDS)
RDS features are only available for
use on
FM
stations which
broadcast RDS information.
When you are tuned to an RDS
station, the station name will
appear on the display with the
frequency.
In rare cases, a station may
broadcast incorrect information
that will cause the radio features to
work improperly. If this happens,
please contact the radio station.

AVAILABILITY
In areas where the Radio Data
System is not available, your
radio's
RDS
(Radio Data System)
mode is not operable, and should
not be activated.
As your vehicle was purchased in
an area where RDS information is
not available, do not activate RDS
features. If RDS is activated by
accident, you should turn it off.
If you accidentally touch the
INFO
(information) button on an FM
source menu screen, simpiy do not
activate any RDS features. If an
RDS feature is not selected, the
system will return to the previous
menu .
