will hear a voice prompt
directing you to proceed to
the highlighted route.

Selecting a Point of Interest by
Name, Category or City
You may search for a point of
interest using the following
methods:

If it is not already selected,
touch the NAME button.
Type in a point of interest by
name using the alphabet
keypad.
See "Alpha-Numeric Keypad"
for information.
As information is entered, the
system will automatically
search for available names.
While inputting a name, the
LIST (list) button will become
available once there are names
to choose from.

Touch the LIST button to view
the list or continue to input
information to further reduce
the list of available items.
Select the desired point of
interest name from the list.

If you would like to limit the
point of interest search to a
specific type or category, touch
the
CATEGORY button.
Select a category and then any
appropriate subcategory.
The RESTAURANT point of
interest category has numerous
distinct subcategories of cuisine
type.
Select the desired point of
interest location from the list.
The system will display a list of
available point of interest
names.
