REGISTERING AN AVOID AREA
To register an avoid area, do the
following:
1.
Touch the
NAV§
(navigation
menu) button located at the
bottom of the map screen.
2.
Touch the
t-
MEMORY
POINTS
button.
3.
Touch the
REGISTER
button
under
AREAS TO AVOID
on
the screen to set your avoided
area.
4.
Select the avoid area using the
Destination Entry screen.

If desired, reduce or enlarge
the area around the point you
want to avoid by using the
down or up arrows on the
screen.
A
total of
1 0
areas can be
stored.

EDITING AVOID AREAS
To edit an avoid area, do the
following:

Touch the
NAV§

menu) button located at the
bottom of the map screen.
2.
Touch the
t-
MEMORY
POINTS
button.
3.
Touch
EDIT
under
AREAS TO
AVOID
on the screen to edit a
stored avoid area.
You can change the name,
location, and size of the
selected avoid area.
