3.6 Installing the door hardware
Never drill holes in the lock.
Remove the lock before drilling holes in the door leaf.
Before installing the lock, clean the lock recess.
Install the square spindle by hand. Never use a hammer or similar.
The door leaf may warp if the fixing screws are tightened too strong.
This may impair the function of the lock.
Tighten the screws with maximum 2 Nm!

When closing or opening, the vertical rod must move in
freewheel and without making contact with the striker.
