» You will receive an email containing all necessary data.
The email will be sent by "[email protected]" and its subject is "Confirmation of user
agreement". You can search for it in your inbox. If you do not find the email in your inbox,
check your spam folder.
The email function can only be set up using the myGrünbeck app or the internal website.

Using your own e-mail account
To configure e-mail sending, you require the following data about your e-mail account:
● E-mail address from which you are sending
● SMTP server
● Port
● Account
● Password
4.9.3
Configuring the email function
The following steps cannot be carried out unless there is an existing Wi-Fi connection as
described in chapter 4.8.
If you have concluded a maintenance contract, you can have an e-mail sent directly to your
tradesperson. Please discuss that with him/her.
CAUTION:
Incorrect e-mail settings will prevent you from being notified if there is a fault.
● Faults that are not rectified can lead to hygiene problems.
► Once you have finished the e-mail configuration, send a test e-mail to check the
settings.
Data required for e-mail configuration
● Data from the e-mail of the e-mail service provided by Grünbeck or of your e-mail
provider:
• E-mail address from which you are sending
• SMTP-Server and Port
• Account (user name)
• Password
