● Personal data:
• Email address to which the email should be sent (up to 3)
• Telephone number and surname of the owner/user
There is no need to enter a telephone number and surname. If entered, the
data will appear in the subject line of the e-mail, and this will make it easier
for the recipient (installer, caretaker) to make the correct categorisation.
• E-mail text for subject line
The e-mail text for the subject line is only used if the malfunction to be
transferred is triggered by the programmable input (refer to chapter 4.9).
Using the myGrünbeck app:
1.
Open the menu of the myGrünbeck app.
2.
Select Settings.
3.
Select Email configuration .
4.
Enter the necessary data.
5.
Send a test e-mail to make sure it is working.
Using the internal webpage:
1.
Enter "http://192.168.0.1/" in your browser address line.
2.
Confirm the entry.
3.
Select "Networks" in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
4.
Enter the required data in the table under E-mail configuration.
5.
Send a test e-mail to make sure it is working.

Connecting additional Grünbeck products
Via the control unit of your softliQ water softener, it is also possible to incorporate other
products (e.g. GENO-STOP
®
) into the emailing feature if there is a malfunction. Your
specialist installer will be pleased to advise you.
