2 Setup

2.22 Installing the laminate

Install the laminate after the media is installed.
Set the laminate function to “ON” before using the laminate function.
Do not turn the laminate holder flange and the laminate rewind flange manually except the laminate is
installing, otherwise the laminator error occurs.

How to set the laminate function to "ON"

(1) Press the LOCAL Key in READY status, the following menu is displayed.

       PRINTER MENU>
        CUTTER MENU>
         OUTPUT ALL>

(2) Press the F1 Key (PRINT MENU), the following menu is displayed.

               COPY>
         DATA CLEAR>
          CONDITION>
1/4

(3) Press the NEXT Key until the following menu is displayed.

  REGISTRATION MARK>
        UNIT LENGTH>
   FUNCTION SETTING>
3/4

(4) Press the F3 Key (FUNCTION SETTING), the following menu is displayed.

           LAMINATE>
          SEPARATOR>
          CROSS CUT>
          FRAME CUT>

(5) Press the F1 Key (LAMINATE), the following menu is displayed.

YES:ENTER NO:ESC

(6) Select “ON” by using the POSITION Key (▲▼).

(7) Press the ENTER Key to store the setting, and the menu returns to the previous menu.
(8) Press the LOCAL Key, the menu returns to the READY menu.
