1、Cooling:
a)40% water & 60% glycol.
b)The temperature of the coolant of inlet should never exceed 65°C
2、The length of grounding strap should as short as possible(Prepared by user):AWG 1/0(50mm

3、Phase cable between controller and motor (Prepared by PEPS):
a)Recommended bending radius is equal to 8 x diameter of the cable used;
b)There is room for air to circulate around the cables.
c)Cables are protected from being hit by gravel when installed in the vehicle;
d)Cables are secured in parallel using fasteners every 40cm or less;
e)Cables are secured no more than 30cm from the exit of the controller or motor cable glands;
f)Specification:AWG1(43mm

4、Encoder/temperature interface harness between motor and drive,330mm is recommended(Prepared by PEPS):
a)The actual cable length is determined by the requirements of each vehicle integrator,less than 4m;
b)Recommended cable bending radius is equal to 4xdiameter of the cable used;

7、The controller's casing was not designed to bear weight from external loads;

9、Mounting of motor controller:
a)Torque is 20Nm for securely installing the motor controllerand the min screw engagement is 12 mm in
each of the selected mounting points
b)Each of the dashed area includes 2 or 3 mounting points either under or on the side of the motor
controller.
Use a minimum of 1 mandatory mounting point per dashed area。 8xpassthrough, :8xthreaded;
