四、润滑油脂泵使用方法与调试
IV. Application Methods and Debugging of Grease Pump
1 、确认与 AP 型润滑油脂泵连接的电源电压。
1. Confirm the power voltage connected to AP-type grease pump.

、确认选用的 AP 型润滑泵内附有卸压机构。
2. Confirm that pressure relief mechanism is equipped on the selected AP-type grease pump.

、安装时，为了获得更好的卸压效果，润滑泵安装在底盘的中间位置较为适宜，

型分配器安装时遇到有位
置不适宜时，我们备有多种安装连接板供选用。
3. In order to get better pressure relief effect, it is preferable to install lubrication pump in the middle part of chassis: in
case that the AD-type distributor is installed at inappropriate position, there are various types of connection plates for
installation for your choice.

、接通电源，点动电机，确认电机转向是否与电机尾部标注箭头方向相同，如相反，则须调换两线。在未接润
滑系统主管之前，点动须注油进行对泵内空气清除，之后，接上主管，打开润滑系统尾部油塞，点动油泵注油，
以便将主管内空气排尽，检查主管，必须保证无渗漏现象，注油直至每个润滑点都出油为止。
4. After switch the power on, press the button of motor and immediately release, and check whether motor rotates in the
direction as indicated by the arrow marked at the end part of motor, if not, the two wires shall be swapped. Before
connecting main pipe of lubrication system, fueling shall be conducted before inching to remove the air inside the pump,
then, connect the main pipe, unplug the plug at the tail of lubrication system, fuel before starting the pump and
immediately releasing so that the air inside the main pipe can be exhausted completely; check the main pipe to ensure
there is no leakage, and then fuel to ensure all lubricating points are lubricated.
