Method
2 - Chicken breasts
Slice chicken breast into small pieces and dredge
with salt, pepper, ajinomoto and flour and stand it
for 30 minutes. Cut peppers, ginger and
celery in match stick style. Cut spring onions into 1
inch pieces. Mix corn flour, sugar, 1 tsp oil and all
the sauces with chicken stock. Put oil in a
shallow dish; spread it well; mix beaten egg with
the chicken pieces and place into the bowl. Roll
the chicken pieces to get coated with oil and
select 222, press start to cook on HIGH.
Uncovered. (Stop oven when it beep,
after 6 minutes).
Stirring once after 3 minutes.
Remove the chicken from microwave and keep
covered. Place all the cut vegetables into a
medium dish, sprinkle a little oil; stir and cook for 2
minutes on HIGH, uncovered,
Bring the vegetables out and mix with chicken
pieces. Stir well. Pour the chicken stock mixed wit

parsley and serve it hot.
