1)
To adjust the fuel pressure, remove the cover on the regulator and loosen the lock nut.
2)
Turn the adjusting screw (clockwise to increase pressure) until the required change in
pressure is obtained.
WARNING: Do not exceed the following values:
Natural Gas:
31 kPa (4 .5 psi)
Propane:
45 kPa (6 .5 psi)
3)
Wait at least 10 minutes before measuring V
set
. If the TEG still does not reach V
set
value
then a problem exists with one of the TEG’s systems. See section 3.3, trouble shooting,
for evaluation.
4)
Replace the cover on the fuel regulator.
2 .7 Customer Load Wiring
1)
Use only copper wire, properly sized for the load current.
2)
Bring the customer load wires through the strain relief bushing (located on the TEG cab
-
inet floor). Allow enough wire to connect to the terminal block TB-1.
3)
Tighten the screws on the strain relief bushing.
4)
Connect the customer load wires to terminals 5(-) and 6(+).
